Sci-fi is all blue, silver, black, shiny pink. Yellow is an underused and underrated colour in sci-fi.

YES!!! YES!!!  YES!!!  Sometimes the palette can be so limited.  I think honestly there was a wider variety of hues in the 70’s science fiction art of Foss, Hughes, Harris et al.  This is beautiful.  It’s like a crab bulldog made by Caterpillar.
